The goal of this performance evaluation was to improve USAID/OFDA’s understanding of the performance and outcomes of the urban DRR programs the Agency supports in LAC. Specifically, the evaluation focuses on the effectiveness and sustainability of eight selected USAID/OFDA-funded urban DRR projects that utilized the Neighborhood Approach (NA). The BRACED project in Jamaica is included, where Habitat for Humanity defined a land tenure strategy to scale up nationwide, involving other institutions and civil society organizations. The publication was produced by the Florida International University.
